There are a variety of ways to place orders for Sandbox products:

Through this Website:
For the fastest service, please order online via our secure shopping cart that uses a well-established and secure payment system, PayPal. Please note that you may also pay with a credit card without using PayPal - to find that option, make sure to read the finer print and click the credit card buttons (it is not very obvious!)

Through Etsy: www.sandboxgifts.etsy.com (all jewelry can now be purchased only through my etsy site)

By Mail:
Before the final checkout page, print your order form and mail it in to us with a money order (sorry, no checks accepted). Please email us for our mailing address.

SHIPPING:

Standard shipping of all orders within the United States is free! We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail services, although an overnight mail option is available (at additional cost).

International orders are welcome! Shipping rates can be found on the order form. If you do not find a particular country or offering in the shipping rate chart, please email us upon placing an order, complete with your mailing address and proposed product order and we will forward you an approximate shipping fee.

All orders are shipped from Bainbridge Island, Washington, USA.


PRODUCTION TIME:

Most products are sent out within 4 business days. But because many products are made to order, larger orders and custom orders may need a bit longer. If you have concerns or deadlines regarding your order, please email us - we want to accommodate you and establish a mutually agreeable delivery time.

Once your order is placed, a follow-up confirmation email will be sent to you. Another email will be sent to you when the products have been shipped.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

If you have any problems with the items you purchased at Sandbox (either due to defect, a mistake on our part, or shipping damage) please contact us by email.

There are no returns on custom orders.
